What is Abra Alerts? Abra Alerts adds significant features to the Abra Suite product line by providing processes that monitor Abra Suite and proactively distribute information through e-mail, based on user-defined events or changes. Built exclusively for Abra Suite this product significantly reduces the administrative burden on HR/Payroll departments by proactively sending reminders/notifications to appropriate employees/supervisors.

What are the benefits of Abra Alerts?

  • Significantly frees up time and resources and realize the strategic HR/Payroll department - because the system is responsible for reminders and notifications, an administrator having to remember to run exception reports on given days are now limited because the system can automatically build and send reports for you. This significant time savings allow for time to work on strategic corporate issues.
  • Improve corporate processes and increase employee satisfaction
    Setting up alerts that coordinate and inform appropriate staff allows for adjustments that can improve corporate communications and processes. Improvements in internal communications help to increase overall employee's satisfaction with a company.
  • Reduce costs of missed compliance or lapsed certification requirements Alerts can be setup to run continuously, daily, weekly, monthly or once a year. 1. Monitor date/time sensitive events
  • Send reminders for performance or pay reviews to supervisors
  • Send verification of enrollment in training course to employees
  • Notify HR and supervisor of FMLA employees due to return
  • Ensure job required certifications are met and updated
2. Verify system status changes : As soon as an item is changed a verification notice can be immediately sent to the Employee. Example:
  • Changes to address W4 information
  • Emergency contacts
  • Dependent information
  • 401k deduction amounts
3. Monitor exceptions and take action
  • Inform employee/supervisor/HR of PTO available balances going below minimum or negative
  • Send CFO list of all voided checks or on-demand checks generated in system on a hourly/daily/weekly/monthly basis.
