Software as a Service (SaaS)
SaaS is the most accessible and affordable HRIS delivery option. For a per–employee monthly fee, your users can access via the Internet an iVantage® system housed at our secure co–location facility—without an up front licensing fee or having to host and maintain the system yourself.
We install the hardware and software at our secure co–location facility, maintain the system, and provide secure access to your users, along with operational and technical help. We provide the system hardware, maintenance (including all updates and hot fixes), security (on a security–tested system), backups (off–site security) and appropriate software licenses.

Client–Hosted
A traditional licensed option enables you to own and maintain an iVantage HR system at your location. It’s best for companies who have the funds for an initial capital expenditure and annual maintenance fees that include support, reduced cost services and software updates.
Spectrum–Hosted (ASP)
A Spectrum–hosted or ASP HR system is perfect for companies wanting to license an HRIS without housing and maintaining the system themselves, which requires an infrastructure, IT resources and security. Instead, we do that for you.
