On-Site Implementation: Software Marketing Solutions highly recommends assisting in the area of installation and implementation in order to ensure your system is set-up correctly which will enable your company to maximize Abra's powerful features. Software Marketing Solutions can provide your company with on-site assistance in the area of installation and implementation. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up code tables, taxes, earnings, deductions, parallel testing, security, benefit setup, and data conversion of demographic data.

Customized On-Site Training: Abra's fully integrated HRMS product is robust in its feature set which introduces complexity. Fully understanding the workings of the system allows for an easier transition to a new way of doing business. Software Marketing Solutions offers on-site training for Abra HR®, Abra Payroll®, Abra Recruiting Solution®, Abra Train® and Crystal Reports.

On-Site training begins at 8:30 a.m. and will continue until 4:30 p.m. each day, with equipment (computers, etc) for the workshops supplied by customer. Up to five employees are invited to attend the training, with an extended fee for each additional attendee. Courseware is included, for an additional fee.
