Policy

Fees for any training courses or on-site consulting to be performed by Software Marketing Solutions are refundable up to ten (10) working days prior to the first day of scheduled service. 50% of the fees will be assessed if cancellation occurs up to three (3) days prior to the workshop. Cancellation with less than three (3) days notice will result in a penalty of 100% of fees. Software Marketing Solutions requires a 50% deposit, due upon receipt of purchase requisition. The balance is due upon completion of the requested service.
