Student CommentsI just wanted take a moment to let you know how much we appreciated Dino Mancinelli, who was assigned as our Certified Abra® trainer for the Abra products. Dino spent four days in our offices and his knowledge the Abra products was very comprehensive. Dino is an excellent trainer, with the ability to adjust his style to the various levels of expertise of his audience. He is patient with questions and very detailed in explanations. He was able to adjust the training to our needs. He provided us with specific details on how to set up our benefits programs and how to use the Abra Link® product.
